What the Product Does
The C-Guard Reactive Modular ManPack is the next generation of personal protection systems from Netline. It is a lightweight, compact, and advanced modular solution worn on the back, providing effective protection against improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and drones across all relevant frequency ranges. The system is designed for tactical operation on the move and offers different levels of protection according to mission requirements.

This wasn’t our first time designing a system of this kind — and the client knew exactly why they came back to us. With a deep understanding of operational needs and technological complexities, we were entrusted with developing the next generation of the product. The goal was to preserve the power and reliability of the previous version, while introducing a more modern, lightweight, and modular design tailored to today’s field challenges.
Design Aligned with Engineering
The design is based on sharp, aggressive lines — conveying strength, stability, and professionalism, while maintaining a clean and modern appearance. The form solutions were developed in close collaboration with the client’s engineering team, who handled the mechanical design. This joint effort enabled perfect alignment between the product’s structure, ergonomics, and assembly requirements, ensuring that the final result not only looks good — but also performs optimally in any operational scenario.
