Sophisticated Industrial Design for a Vascular Closure System
In this project, we developed a system comprising two devices designed for vascular closure during invasive procedures. The core of the design process focused on creating a smart, precise industrial design—with special emphasis on intuitive controls integrated into each device.
Development of Functional Controls for One-Handed Operation
The controls we designed feature a variety of complex functions that can be performed using just one hand—without needing to put down the device held in the other hand. This design enables full control, maximum work efficiency, and high safety during use, especially in high-pressure clinical environments.
A design that combines ergonomics, functionality, and comfort
The design process included precise work on the shape, placement, and accessibility of the controls, aiming to ensure intuitive operation, comfortable grip, and reduction of operational errors. Additionally, we designed the accompanying graphics for the product, including clear and accessible icons that contribute to quick understanding and easier use by users. The professional design we created helped the engineering team to progress smoothly, saving both time and development costs.
